NOTICE
As required by the FCC, this notice is hereby given to inform the public that the City has put forth the request to obtain a tower registration referencing the Waste Water Treatment Plant (File # A0841035) and Pump Station 6 on High Street (File # A0841037). As per FCC regulations, a tower registration is required when a tower exceeds 200 feet in height, or is in the glide slope path of an airport.
